Hi!

I'm trying to mill aluminum with my kongsberg I-xl 44.
I havent had any luck yet with my esko bits, so i think im going to try your i-3930 milling bit.
Do you have any recomended "speed" settings (x/y,z,multi pass depth and rotation)for this bit with aluminum?

YOu should be able to do it in one pass with the i-3930. Try the following settings:

55-60k RPM
150-300 IPM X/Y
50-100 IPM Z
50% acceleration.

At 60,000 RPM, the bit is capable of cutting between 100-400 IPM in that material so if you go with less RPM, make sure you bring your velocity on X/Y down.
