We typically use Tool Path on our AXYZ 4008 router. However, we have used Icut with success and are looking to do so again. When trying to calibrate the camera only a 'blue screen' is shown. All connections/cables have been checked and replaced to ensure our connection is good.
What are we missing?

Do you have the drivers for Epix card installed. Check in device manager and see if there is anything listed under "Imaging devices" with a yellow exclamation point next to it. If you do, install the drivers from the "icut/epix" folder on the icut cd.

Epix cards are installed. No yellow exclamation mark. Any other things to check for? This Icut used to work fine but we have not used it since this time last year and now are unable to get the camera to work again....just the blue screen.

Check the following things:
1. Make sure coax cable is plugged in correct port on epix card. (Only one of the ports will work)
2. Check the camera using the "check regmark" feature in the calibration menu in i-cut. (don't troubleshoot camera connections by running jobs)
3. Check to make sure cable and camera work. If you have another machine, swap items and verify functionality. If you do not have another machine, we can provide loaner items for a small fee.
Try these and let me know the results.

Coax cable is plugged into correct port. There are only 2 coax ports. We swapped the coax cable just to ensure it wasn't that. When we use Regmark that's where we get the blue screen. We don't have another machine to check w/.
Any other thoughts?
